What should you expect at your appointment?

Expect a cup of herbal tea or water on arrival.

We’ll start by discussing your presenting issue, followed by a deep dive into other body systems. This allows me to gain an overall view of how all your body systems are working together.

We’ll run through your diet, lifestyle, and past medical history. Physical assessments may be required.

A treatment plan will be emailed after each appointment (within 48 hours of appointment).

Your first initial appointment will be 1hr and follow-up appointments will be 30 minutes. Where possible I will extend appointments for complex cases.
